The automatic filling table is ideal for small production batches and many format changes. The machine, given its great versatility and ease of use, is used in the food, cosmetic and chemical sectors.

Description

The automatic filling table arises from the need of our customers to have a solution that allows the automatic filling of bottles, while ensuring a minimal and fast format change.

Built in stainless steel and non-toxic plastic parts, the machine is characterized by very small sizes (Max, 1.5 × 1.5m) that allow it to be easily positioned within the production department.

The operator inserts the pots into the machine and the number of this depends on their size.

Once this is done, the cycle is completely automated and the machine conveys the jars to the filling station.

At the end of this step the jars are automatically moved to the accumulation area.

The multihead automatic filling line, designed for those who need maximum flexibility and low format change costs, is suitable for filling various types of bottles including glass jars, PET bottles, jars and buckets, bottles of various size and shape in the cosmetic, food and chemical sectors.

Description

The multihead automatic filling line is made of stainless steel and complete with all safety devices (doors and casings) according to CE standards.

The machinery is linear, therefore all operations take place on the conveyor belt.

The multihead automatic filling line is equipped with a filling station with integrated up/down system and manual height adjustment using the special handwheel to change the format.

Possible equipments

The line can be equipped with the following dosing heads:

  1. Pneumatically dosers, made entirely of stainless steel, are equipped with a handwheel with manual adjustment of the dispensing volume. The handwheel has a clock indicator that facilitates the adjustment by the operator
  2. Brushless dosing units, completely built in stainless steel, do not need any adjustment by the operator as the whole cycle of volume adjustment and dosage is managed electronically from the touch screen operator panel.
  3. Electronic meters, completely built in stainless steel, measure the quantity of product that passes inside them. The dosage is electronically adjustable from the touch screen operator panel.

The dispensers are positioned in the rear part of the line, on special brackets, while the product tank is positioned in the upper part of the machine and complete with a min / max level sensor.

The bottles are stopped on the conveyor belt by means of special stops, manually adjustable in width.

The multihead automatic filling line is complete with a conveyor belt for incoming and outgoing jars.
