The table top heated electronic dosers, ideal in the food, cosmetic and chemical sectors for all products that need to be hot filled, are composed of a stainless steel base and a compact structure, suitable for being placed on a work surface.
Consisting of a DOSIMAK volumetric filler chosen from the available models, they are managed by PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) with touch screen panel for automatic management of dosage cycles.
By managing the electronic dosing cycle, the table top heated electronic dosers allow greater accuracy in dosing by ensuring the automation of the cyclic without necessarily providing a dosing pulse to each jar.
The operator has the possibility to set the production batch that the filler will have to perform.
All the heating is managed by the PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) from which it is possible to set the temperature of each individual heated component.
In addition, the table top electronic dosers are equipped with a calendar in order to manage the time and day of heating start as well as the time of switching off the same. The heated hopper is equipped with a stirrer to keep the product mixed.
